About Me

Home About Me

Hi, My name is Amadu Koroma born in West Africa, Sierra Leone.
I migrated to Australia as a refugee in 2002 and forever grateful for living in a country I now call home.

My fitness journey started at 16  and I have never looked back with over 12 years of experience in the industry.
In 2011 I was awarded an Athlete development scholarship where I learned my trade.

I gained valuable experience working with city councils, schools, non-profit organizations, and other sporting institutions where my role varied from mentoring students to physically training them.
I Aspire to better myself daily so I can continue to inspire YOU to become the best version of yourself.

I am passionate about empowering you to succeed; whether you are looking to better your mental or physical capacity. Together we will get there and reach new heights beyond your goals.

“Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tiptoe if you must, but take a step”.
