No. Many clients begin with little or no recent training experience. Programs are adjusted to your current level, with a focus on building confidence, movement quality, and consistency over time. The goal is to meet you where you are and progress safely.
Personal training is fully individualised coaching tailored specifically to your goals, training history, and lifestyle.
Small group training follows structured strength programming in a semi-private environment, allowing members to receive coaching attention while training alongside others. Sessions are capped at 4–6 people per class, ensuring quality coaching, guidance, and progression for every participant.
