His football journey includes competing at a high level and working across NPL and community clubs, including South Melbourne FC and Altona Magic FC, supporting player development, resilience, and performance. Beyond the field, Amadu has delivered programs and mentorship through organisations such as One Ball and community initiatives in partnership with Brimbank City Council, using sport and movement as a vehicle for confidence, character, and connection.
These experiences shaped his philosophy: that true strength goes beyond physical output. It’s about presence, self-trust, emotional regulation, and sustainable habits — especially in a world that often pushes people toward extremes.
At AK Fitness Studio, Amadu integrates intelligent strength coaching with intentional practices that support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
